EXTENDED RETURNS ON ALL ITEMS ORDERED BEFORE CHRISTMAS - All orders will have an extended returns period up until the 31st January 2026.

Delivery

Standard Delivery*

UK orders only

Orders for delivery on our Standard Delivery will take 2 - 3 working days via Royal Mail Tracked Service and is FREE for orders over £50.

Orders under £50 will be charged a delivery fee of £4.99.

We will email you when your order has left our premises, and is on its way to you.

Royal Mail 24hr Delivery

Mainland UK orders only

Orders for delivery on our Royal Mail 24hr Delivery are just £6.95.

Please Note - Orders after 3pm Friday won't be dispatched until Monday (Unless Monday is a Bank Holiday in which case it will be dispatched on Tuesday)

We will email you when your order has left our premises, and is on its way to you.

Quadrophenia Alley reserves the right to refuse any order.

International Orders

European Delivery - £7.99

Rest of the World - £14.99 

Quadrophenia Alley orders are sent from the UK, delivery is usually made between 3 - 14 days after the order is confirmed. There may be some delays at customs. 

Please be aware that you will be responsible for any import taxes that may be due in your country. Please check this before placing the order. 

Any RETURNS are the responsibility of the customer, we do not offer free returns on unwanted items or incorrect orders.

Click & Collect (In-Store Pickup)

You can now choose Click & Collect from our shop. Simply select the option at checkout and collect your order at a time that suits you.

Important:
If an item collected in-store is not suitable (for example, the size isn’t right), please be aware that all refunds must be processed through our online system, following the standard returns procedure.
Refunds cannot be issued through the shop till, and the usual online refund timeframes apply.
