Standard Delivery*

UK orders only

Orders for delivery on our Standard Delivery will take 2 - 3 working days via Royal Mail Tracked Service and is FREE for orders over £60.

Orders under £60 will be charged a delivery fee of £4.99.

We will email you when your order has left our premises, and is on its way to you.

Royal Mail 24hr Delivery

Mainland UK orders only

Orders for delivery on our Royal Mail 24hr Delivery are just £6.95.

Please Note - Orders after 3pm Friday won't be dispatched until Monday (Unless Monday is a Bank Holiday in which case it will be dispatched on Tuesday)

We will email you when your order has left our premises, and is on its way to you.

Quadrophenia Alley reserves the right to refuse any order.

International Orders

European Delivery - £7.99

Rest of the World - £14.99 

All international orders are shipped from the UK. Delivery is usually within 3–14 days after dispatch, though customs delays may occasionally occur.

Please note that import taxes or charges may apply depending on your country. Please check before placing your order.

Italy – Important Information:
From 2026, Italy has introduced a €2 customs handling fee for small parcels. This fee is set by Italian customs and may affect the total cost of your delivery. Quadrophenia Alley has no control over these charges.

Returns:
International returns are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer free returns on unwanted or incorrectly ordered items.

Click & Collect (In-Store Pickup)

You can now choose Click & Collect from our shop. Simply select the option at checkout and collect your order at a time that suits you.

Important:
If an item collected in-store is not suitable (for example, the size isn’t right), please be aware that all refunds must be processed through our online system, following the standard returns procedure.
Refunds cannot be issued through the shop till, and the usual online refund timeframes apply.
